  • Winterize and de-winterize, no charge
  • Yearly oil change, labor and oil included
  • Yearly impeller change, labor and impeller included
  • Yearly fuel filter change, labor included

Member Pricing

  • 10% off all in-stock parts and accessories

Position and predictability first. The savings are a bonus, not the point.

Program details
  • Membership runs on an annual term.
  • Benefits apply per registered unit.
  • Included services cover labor plus the parts explicitly listed above (oil and impeller). Any other parts are billed at member pricing.
  • The same-day commitment covers diagnosis, not a completed repair.
  • Any required repairs are quoted before work begins.
  • Sundays are excluded from same-day diagnosis.
  • Units older than 2005 are not eligible.
  • Pickup and delivery are not included.

BEFORE YOU DROP OFF

Good to know

A few shop policies so there are no surprises. We will always go over specifics with you at drop-off.

Half-hour minimum

All repairs are billed with a half-hour minimum.

Off-site repairs

Repairs done away from the shop include a service call fee.

Special orders

Special-order returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Pickup within 15 days

Units not picked up within 15 days of completion accrue a daily storage fee. All units are stored outside, so we recommend leaving a cover at drop-off.

Model year

We do not service units built before 2005.
